OK, this is a really tiny thing, but I thought you'd like to know.
In the "Did You Know?" for episode 9, it says: "Also, the numbers are written as Roman Numerals, but four is incorrectly written as IIII instead of IV." Actually, the Romans themselves used IIII -- IV and IX are much later inventions -- and for some reason that I don't know, the tradition for clocks, inconsistent though it is, is to use IIII for 4 and IX for 9, so they actually got this one right.

A simple Google search on "IIII" led me to this, but it's too much for me to care to read, so you guys sort it out! ;D

there is no logic to using IIII so its not wrong to be using IV considering it is symmetrical to how the entire rest of the counting system works

Changed the thread title to "Really trivial corrections" so as not to make a new thread for each thing. This one is an even tinier nitpick, but I can't resist mentioning it.
In the episode summary of episode 21, it says: "Ami walks outside the store on her way to return the fallen paperwork, when Masato Sanjoin speeds by in his red sports car. She instantly recognizes that Masato Sanjoin is Nephrite!"
That's not quite right, because Ami hasn't met Nephrite before. She instantly recognises him as Masato Sanjoin and knows that Masato Sanjoin is Nephrite because Usagi told her after finding this out in episode 19.

No it isn't.
Anyway, one more really tiny point. On Berthier's page, at one point Petz is referred to by her dub name.
