Well, I'm in Alabama, so I obviously don't know about manga in Australia. BUT I know that it's getting hard to find pretty much everywhere. Looking at an anime convention sounds like a good idea, but you might have to buy it online.

yeah I live in the QLD and I looked for it at the supanova convention....and the only thing close enough was the figures...and they cost heaps! and for those that dont know its the second largest state in australia and I am so very lucky to be living in its capital...very sunny warm weather and the only natural hazard is flooding...but that happened in the city over 30 yrs ago....man I love it here...oh my I sound like a travel show or something...so in conclusion according to my own eyesight, it is not possible to get manga in QLD...but there may be places in small remote areas that do...but as far as I know its not.

I live in Victoria, but haven't seen any SM manga around. It's not exactly popular around here.

Hehe Im in South Australia. It is hard to find any Sailor Moon stuff in Australia. I bought all my Manga on ebay. They were cheap too. Ebay is your best bet if you want to buy SM manga. I am heading to Japan in 2 weeks and plan to stock up on more SM manga. I have 2 of each book but I want to have 4, just to be on the safe side.

I'm in Vic and I know how you feel MoonPrincess! You might have said already, but are you after the japanese manga or dubbed? There is a lot on Ebay, but the english version is darn hard to get you paws on. I've been out-bid/too late so many times when it is on there!! If you just want to read it and don't mind downloading then www.digital-wing.com/neonobility is a fantastic site. As far as I know, online is your best bet. Best of luck, but don't out-bid me!

Actually, in VIC, there are some stores in Melbourne, if you know where to look, that apparently sell manga. I can't get to the city often, but I try to look around Chinatown and crnr Ltl Bourke St & Swanston. There's a tall building with a bank (I think) on the bottom level. If you look near a side, you'll see a door. Go through and up the elevator to floor... six, I think it was. There's a store called Bee Happy open from 12pm to 7pm that I believes sells manga. I haven't had the luck of getting there yet, but that's what I heard.
Otherwise, yes, eBay is the best!! There's so much on eBay! Like sometimes me and my friend will be IMing, and while she's playing games, I'm surfing eBaying going, "OMG I WANT THIS SAILORMOON WATCH. I DON'T CARE IF THERE'S FIVE. I WANT THEM." and she's like, "What the hell are you going to do with five of them?" and I say, "But it would be such an investment! I wouldn't need watches ever again!" and she says, "Yes, Rebecca Bloomwood*."
*Rebecca Bloomwood is the main character from the Shopaholic series by Sophie Kinsella. Yes, she's [Bec, not Soph] a serious shopping addict. She's always giving the excuse that it would be an investment -- every time. A recommended read.

Dont worry all of u guys, I live in the Australian Top End...lol and the only place you can get manga is in a comic book shop, a few minutes drive from where I live. But the manga are sooooo expensive (they dont have SM manga there *sobs*), also there are SM DVDs: English (DIC) and the S & super S uncuts. But they're for borrowing Plus there are hardly any SM fans in the North and some of the people who used to watch it think it for little girls...lol... Beside the Place is small...
