I like the pic and the font of the title, but it doesn't really have much room for content...why not move the picture/title up?

The layout isn't bad but I would have to agree. You might want to do something about the space to put the text.

I really like the picture. I'm confused, though. What is the "unny" thing on the lower right? Also, does the text stop at the end of the screen, or is it in an I-frame or something to make it scroll?

I've always liked that picture, but it's difficult to get a good scan of it, for some reason.

Anyhow, nice layout... I like the little heart on the side!

I like the pic used, but I think it's a little too simple of a layout. Maybe add a pic of Eternal Sailor Moon to fit the title a little more - along with the pic you have now - and a bigger text frame/div layer/whatever it is. That my opinion.

It's a really pretty picture but you have button link to the funny faces (unny) thats there. It's really pretty though. If it's a I-Frame you don't have to worry about the little bit of space but I do recommend changing the frame background color to match the picture's color of black

The picture is very pretty but I think you might want to make the text area a little bit bigger unless it's a Iframe layout then it's fine....also where are you going to put the naviagation?

Anyway nice layout overall ;D
