What do you want to be when you grow up? Are you taking classes now, or do you have a plan for a career? What would be your dream job?
I'm currently a music major in college, in Flute Performance and Music Theory (double major). Basically, I'm never going to graduate, and even when I do, I can't find a job until I get my doctorate. It's very... encouraging. Ah, music - just a lucrative career choice.
Anyway, I would really like to be a housewife and good mother to lots of children. That's really my main goal in life, because I think it's one of the most important jobs there is!

I think music is a really good thing to go into, but I think you have to be really REALLY good to be able to make a well living off of it. I would love to do music, but I only see it as a hobby.
I'm planning on mainly being a CPA. I'm majoring in Accounting right now, but I may go back to major in Finance as well (I would only have to take a few classes because a lot of required courses for accounting and finance intertwine). I'm also thinking about going into Tax Law. I'm registering for the Honors in the Major program at my college, and I plan to write a thesis on something tax related.

There are a LOT of jobs out there for musicians... and it's not true that you have to be extraordinary to make money from it. In high school, I gave 12 flute lessons per week at $25/hour - that's $300/week. I'd like to see you find many other jobs that allow one to make that much money as a high school student. And it is NOT a hobby for many people. It is a way of life.

Computers or art.
I already have two degrees, but I'm not doing anything with either at the moment.

I myself am too lazy to practice the instruments I know how to play.

Awesome reletively new career field: Forensic Accounting
Forensic accountants use skills in auditing, taxation, etc. in legal matters, dealing with economic fraud and whatnot. I'd love to go into that.
