To busy helping everyone else. What about me?

I am always giving advice to my mates and listening to their problems. The thing is there is no one to hear mine. I get really upset because I suffer from epilepsy and its not stable so i sometimes have fits. My epilepsy is made worse by stress and i get stressed out in case i have a fit. so you can see my problem. If you have any ideas on how to help please do.

Heya, Amy (nice name xD)

First things first. You're listening to your friends, but who's helping you? People you talk to. Speak to a parent or teacher about our problems. You see a doctor alot I suppose? Speak to them about things. You're letting your frends speak to you, but you're not speaking to anyone else, yet you should. It's the only way to take stress off of yourself.

My top unwinding methods
- Speak to someone. Already explained that.
- Have some "me" time. Go into a room or go for a walk, somewhere you like, and give yourself some time to think and clear your head. You could also do a hobby you like to get your mind away from things.

That's right. Talk back, don't just sit and listen, "force" the ones that loves you the most to listen.
And of course, try not to let your problems only inside you.
