My love of science makes me want to fit SM physics into a scientific theory -_-;. I like the idea that their items are made out of substances that we no longer (or never had) on Earth. Like a few other people said, a lot of them make metallic sounds when they hit the ground... which leads us to think that they are made out of some kind of metal. with their uniforms, i'm still not sure about them. I wonder how their uniforms "know" what shape to form into and what color and all that. lol.

The problem with trying to fit it into science is this: there are no undiscovered metals. If you think it's a metal, you tell me how many protons are in each atom.

Pfffffff. Who says science controls Sailor Moon?

Exactly. We're talking about a series where humanoid beings live in space and control elements at their fancy.
I believe the laws of science were broken beyond repair as soon as soon as Luna produced a brooch out of thin air.

Yeah, you're probably right. -_- I still like to think about it in regards to the more complex or far out theories of science. Like string theory... and all those Nova specials. lol I love stuff like that. On a random note, the gif in your sig is mesmerizing to watch. I stared at it for like 20 seconds before starting a reply. loladd

You know, something else just came to mind.
Whenever the senshi's powers are threatened (usually' moon's), the outfits revert back into ribbons. Even when Eternal sailormoon's Starseed was taken, her fuku reverted to ribbons, despite the fact that it materializes with feathers in the transformation sequence. This could explain why the outer senshi's outfits reverted to ribbons when they received their super upgrade from Hotaru.
So it seems the ribbons are the raw material or energy that is used to manifest the outfits? Now I wonder what material they are made out of. lol. I would think raw energy.

Raw energy, in physical form, sounds most logical.

Raw energy, in physical form, sounds most logical. Wow, we're coming up with a nice little theory here. LOL.
