well, I have a site, a shrine dedicated to Magic Knight Rayearth (here's the link). I personally made the layout and the code, and with IE it looks pretty much the way it is supposed to look. Well, the problem is that Firefox seems to mess up everything with the layout and the i-frames. so, I need help ^^" Also, if anyone has comments or feedback about the layout, the coding, about everything (even about the contents, although it's all in Italian XD) please let me know. thanks ^^

It looks like a snazzy layout, except for, well, the messed-up bits ^.^;
Anyways, here's the reason it looks messed up in Firefox: FF, for some reason, takes padding as to add padding to the OUTSIDE to give it more space >.< It's really weird.
Anyways, that would appear to be the issue. It would be easier to make your background image for the DIVs and actual background, and then, in these cases, absolute positioning is your friend!
