I'm just curious on why they changed her to a brunette instead of a pink... head? Latter term sounds weird lol. But, I like her better as a brunette (cause i'm used to it).

I don't think Makoto ever had pink hair except in an artbook image where everyone had pink hair...if anything it was brown with a slightly red tint that's probably the result of the ink Naoko used.

I had only seen Makoto's hair brown or green...I'd never seen her as pink-head (that I can remember)
Maybe in the manga her brown hair was slightly lighter but that was it

Yeah, it always appeared brown to me too. Naoko liked to draw pictures of them with all kinds of hair colors (lol, blonde Chibiusa), but as far as I know Makoto's always been a brunette.

Me too I've seen her with orange hair not pink though?? I might be wrong but I think Makoto's a brunette.

Oh I see, but that was just a picture for one of the artbooks, as Sailor Cybertron said Naoko liked painting their hairs in diferent colors, but just for the artbooks... Except for this, Makoto has always been a brunette

i have seen makotos hair brown always. exept in the manga then its all light brown

I've seen her hair pink before, but only in artbooks. There was also a comic from the Sailor Moon R arc, where on the back, her hair was pink, but I think that was just because Naoko wanted to make her hair pink.

I always thought it was a scarlet colour through most of the pictures I saw her in and she looked very pretty with it. I think we all prefer her with brown hair, though, because we're all so used to it (like ChibiUsa with pink hair...she actually looks ok with blonde or black hair)
