You know what it is? Out of all of the scenes where you see Crystal Tokyo in the anime, you never see any sort of cars, trains, boats, etc. No sort of transportation! Correctme if I'm worong, but I never saw any sort of transportation in Crystal Tokyo. Is it their way to eiliminate pollution perhaps?  Thoughts? |

Well I don't think we were ever shown a happy/safe Crystal Tokyo were we? We were only shown the one being destroyed and hurt by the Black Moon, so I would think that there wouldn't be anyone out and about lol
But there might have been some happier moments shown, I'll have to look through the episodes later. That's my first impression though.

Actualy we did see some scenes of happy Crystal Tokyo...but I cant recall any transportation either. Maybe subways?

I always thought the only 'happy' scenes we got to see were of Chibi-usa walking along with her parents and/or at her b-day party and such and thusly were too enclosed/focused on the people to notice a lack of transportation... what other happy scenes were there  Refresh my memory pleeease I just can't remember them... |

I'm pretty sure they have a method of transportation. We just don't see them because the scenes don't show them.

I agree with Totally Usagi and Ellethwen... since all the scenes in the "safe" Crystal Tokyo are focused on a particular character, there wasn't the need to show them.

Yeah, but still...they would have a more advanced method of transportation,unless they were just out on a walk.

^ Pegasi would be awesome! I tried to imagine futuristic transport, but I can only think of the "Saban Moon" sail boat things!! ^^; Like the others said, we only saw character based "safe" Crystal Tokyo scenes.

Too true. I just maybe I overlooked some details on the "safe" scenes of Crystal Tokyo. I like the idea of crystal cars. Interesting concept.
