... that Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha is slightly overrated?

I think this show is so popular only because in the last ten years the genre has been, for the most part, complete crap. Since this one that isn't complete crap it gains cult status among the magical girl fanbase.

Perhaps I'm wrong here. Do any of you guys see something in this show that I don't? If you do, then I'd like to maybe have a reason to give this show another chance.

It's this show that's basically a copy of everything ever done in mahou shoujo (though I guess they all copy each other), with a few sci-fi elements. I think it's kinda boring but people seem to really like it.
