okis guys, given that some have mentioned things to do with html help, I'm just wondering if some tutorial on html and such could be useful to people?

hehe! Whoops! I voted "no" by accident. I meant yes with css and javascript! ^_^ Anyway, I'm sure it would be a good idea to help members seeking enlightenment... the HTML kind! Tho' personally, I still think W3Schools is the way to go

But yes, I would find tutorials helpful as I don't know EVERYTHING...just a lot.

sure I guess that can be covered, I recently completed a personal ajax driven site (html, css, javascript and php) i don't claim to be fantastic but i'll try to make it clear

How about XHTML? I've never gotten a clear idea about the difference between it and HTML, other than it's coding rules are a little different.

the main difference is that its stricter (less tolerant) this is good or bad depending on your view... well written html serves the same

well written html serves the same No matter how well written the html is, you still need the Document Type Definition, to have XHTML! And, y'know if the audience demands more and more info, these tutorials will end up in creating w3schools all over again!
