I recently tried fooling around with some HTML/webdesign/Photoshop/MangaStylegraphics to create my own sort of website dedicated to Sailor Moon! This would be my first website created, with my own originally designed layout. Please critique and tell me what you think. I also would appreciate if someone could double-check my character facts and point out any mistakes or things I have missed. Thank you very much!! =) The link is www.freewebs.com/sailorsenshiplanet

It looks good though may I suggest some things?
-First maybe you can have a bg behind the layout that the same color -Perhaps you could move the menu to the left a little so it aligns with the box -I don't think you really need that manga picture on the main page since you have a nice one for the banner. ^^ -Maybe you could make the text a darker blue for the text

Umm, nice design, but I'm getting a horizontal scrollbar and your positing looks really out-of-whack in IE 7.

nice layout. I would suggest just to align the navigation and the scrollbar to the left a little. like here:

Thank you for your help.
My alignment actually seems all right on my computer; I use a div alignment and then measure out the pixels to position it.
However, I think this type of coding changes for computer monitors with different sized screens.
How could I make the position more absolute, in the same exact place so that it is viewed nicely on every computer?
Thank you for the help!

My biggest suggestion is that you should get rid of the scrolling div layer. Visitors hate seeing that, because all the scrolling gets confusing. Next, I also think that the alignment is really off for some reason. Look up "absolute positioning" for CSS in google for more information to make it stay in one fixed place on all browsers. I say look it up instead of giving you code, because it's important for you to know how you can implement it into your existing coding Also, the BIG picture of the senshi in the content DIV layer is really distracting. I know that most people don't really like to have to scroll down to get to the actual content. I know this is pretty late, but I still wanted to add my critique
