do you need a fancy program to do this i'm trying to make some for my website.

Well, no you don't need a fancy program. You can use MS Paint but you'll need to have two programs open.
Here's what you do.
-Press "Print Screen" (next to F12 button)
-Go to one of the two paint programs you have open.
-Select the part of the image you want using selection tool
-right click and press copy OR go to edit: Copy
-Go to second open paint program right click and "paste" or "Edit: Paste"
-Save file
And you're done! I hope that helped! ^_^

I use photoshop just using the Print Screen and then croping.

Print Screen will NOT ALWAYS screencapture movie clips files, since it's not exactly part of the screen... you should use a program such as a DVD Player and screencapture like that..it's much quicker than doing that process for EVERY image...

roxio also takes screencaps fairly easy.

Whenever I Print Screen with Realplayer into MSPaint... the image plays with Realplayer... it's weird...

I repeat:
