In the english manga are the final forms of all the Sailor Senshi considered Eternal senshi. I have only read few chapters of the manga and I have been to websites where they considered their final form Eternal. In the Japanese version they are just call them by thier name with nothing in front of it.

No. Unlike the anime, most of the Senshi don't change their names when they gain new transformations. At the end of the series:
Eternal Sailor Moon Super Sailor Chibimoon The rest are just called what they've always been called (Sailor Venus, Sailor Mars, Sailor Mercury, etc.)

Ok thanks. Some people call those final stages Eternal forms. Probably because Naoko gave them wings in some of her drawings.

Where does this notion come from that wings = eternal? What about the rest of the changes in their costumes?

Well all I know is that websites call them Eternal. And probably the costume changes are also the reason they call them Eternal. I have no idea why though.

Well, the fact of the matter is that "Eternal Sailor [someone other than Moon]" is just a fan-made name, no matter how logical.

That form is actually known as the Starlight form. it is called Eternal by fans due to the similarities to Eternal Sailor Moon's fuku.

Where did you get this? The only senshi called "starlights" are the Sailor Starlights (Fighter, Healer, and Maker). Neither the manga itself nor the materials collection nor Takeuchi-sama ever calls those forms their "starlight" forms.

i think people jump to the conclusion that the scouts names are updated the same as sailor moons is - like calling the future forms neo...

I've never head Starlight label that form before either. Seems a little random. ^^; Usually I will refer to them as the 'eternal outfits' but they are still just Sailor Name. So like "Sailor Mars in her eternal outfit." I call it that because of the similarities with Moon's Eternal form and because of the timing. In the anime, like Rose mentioned, the senshi other than Moon do get "Super" in their titles once in a while but since we don't see 'eternal' outfits on them, we wouldn't really know what it might be called.

Oh and I also read on a website that once they got that form they have the word star in the middle of their names. Like "Sailor Star Mars" and "Sailor Star Mercury." Personally I like Eternal better.

No, those are fan names too. They come from the Sailor Starlights' names, under the assumption that they were once "Sailor Fighter, Sailor Maker and Sailor Healer." But those assumptions are incorrect - "Star Fighter," etc. is a part of their name - refers to one who fights stars, not a fighter in her star form.

I don't remember exactly where I read it, but I had always believd the source it was from as being very truthful. I could be wrong in the canon, but I think as for a form name, it works just fine. I'm not lumping them into the Sailor Starlights, at least, so give me a little break.

I think people can call them whatever they want but like Roses said, just because fans use them, doesn't mean it's canon. I have seen Sailor Star Mercury and the like before as well and heard people refer to it as their 'Star' form which might have something to do with the shape of the brooch? This final form is my least favorite I think because they all just look alike. The differences that make them interesting and unique seem to go away.

Because if was in the last couple of weeks, you might be able to do a History check on the net.
