Well, since she IS selling them off eBay, I think you should be a good sport, and place a bid there(and, yes, it DOES deliver in Romania) but you should consider the following: - You'll need a PayPal account(and, thus, a credit card)
- You'll need to prove that you're at least 18 years old(that or ask someone else to place the bid for you
