I just want to say that the college textbook market is a giant scam. Long story short, I bought used textbook, needed passcode from the book to do work for class online. The site didn't tell me that each passcode could only be used once. I went to the publisher's website to see they offered new passcodes for sale for a mere $130. The price of a new book is $90.
I sent off three very angry emails that probably won't be read or even acknowledged with a canned reply, but it still felt good to call the publishers disgusting cretins for charging that much for a six-letter code.
Needless to say, I am not adjusting well to "real" college.

So my birthday's coming up in less than two weeks. Now that I've figured out how to play Windows games on my Mac without installing Windows itself, I wanna treat myself to a game.
Team Fortress 2 is $19.99 when you download it from Steam online; the Orange Box is $29.99. I'm stumped. I'd probably only be playing TF2 and Portal since I don't have much interest in Half-Life 2 at the moment.
(I REALLY want Brutal Legend since I got to play it at the Dethklok concert, but I don't have an Xbox 360. Maybe for Christmas.)

Roppongi is a well-known red light district. "Nanpa" means "flirt." So it's entirely possible Mr. Ikuhara (could it be Kuniko?) went to pick up a lady of the night, that's probably why he was so tired. Dirty animators!
In the manga, I believe Rei's grandpa named Phobos and Deimos "Roppongi" and "Black Pearl" before she showed up.

I like how they say Michiru's favorite show is Party of Five and uses Al Bundy to prove her straightness. ;D
Seriously, there's been worse sites. I was just on a late '90s/early '00s nostalgia kick not long ago and went through a bunch of old Sailor Moon sites. This one has some weird misinformation, but it's hardly one of the worst.
EDIT: Like I was saying... Awww yeah, sweet embedded midis, frames, and animated gifs on every page. It's like I'm back in 1998 again!

Eh, the only trip I took was a day trip back in June. My boyfriend took me and my sister to see Transformers 2 at the IMAX theater in Baltimore. Other than that, I've spent my summer working, hanging out with my boyfriend, etc. Nothing special.
Right now I'm waiting to see if my college application got accepted for the spring semester to SU. I'm so bored!
