Maybe he doesn't wear one all the time. Maybe he likes it so much that he in fact has SEVERAL disturbingly green jackets...just a thought. I actually know guys who are so attached to a single piece of clothing that they are going to spend all their money buying at least a dozen of the same thing. @_@0 I still prefer that jacket to basketball jerseys any single day though, which is that single piece of clothing that most of the guys here in my place buy at least a dozen of. The animators suck for not giving Mamoru better clothes. Or a decent pair of spectacles/eyeglasses. Mamoru + eyeglasses = WIN + LOVE + SEX. Seriously. *____________________* To be honest this is where live-action Mamoru has an edge over his anime incarnation. (Although good Lord, I feel so sorry for Johji Shibue for getting paid to wear the monstrosity of a costume that Toei TV studios calls the Prince Endymion outfit. I mean, I know he's a model - I've got a few Japanese fashion magazines where Shibue-kun has fashion spreads on - but if I were a male model of his stature, I would ask for a ginormous talent fee AND a few extras before I'd agree to put that white thing on! I am of the mentality that the costume designer for Prince Endymion gets shot, and soon. >_<000) But to be fair, I don't mind the jogging outfit. Yes it is 1980s, and I am not one who likes 1980s outfits (I'm into the 1970s and all the decades and trends that came before it), but it does make for a nice change after seeing that green jacket + black knit turtleneck sweater for episodes on end. And yeah, at least with his ratty fashion sense, Mamo-chan would hardly be suspected of being Tuxedo Kamen. XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD;;; It makes me really hope Usakoneko has fashion recommendations for Mamo-chan since they ARE going to live together forever you know. v^_^000

And remove the Mamoru pungent odor? No way!!! A true ego-maniac would never do that

If she loves him... she'll bare with it That or she could always stuff cotton in her nostrils and claim she's having a nosebleed each time she looks at Mamoru [heh heh heh]

But at the same time, Mamoru's not the only one who needs to wash his clothes. Some of the villains wear the exact same clothes day in and day out. Prince Diamond...Sapphire...Beryl...Kunzite...Nehellenia...etc. Poor Mamoru, only he gets bashed.

Actually, I've just noticed.... there is one episode, round 70-75 I'm not completely sure, I'll check it up, where Mamoru wakes up after having the "Do not be with Serenity or else all is lost" nightmare and he's wearing a shirt that just happens to be the same ugly green color... how about that?
