I'm not bilingual, but I'm trying to be! As you can tell, I speak fluent English. I'm trying to learn Spanish as a second language so I can actually have a full conversation with half of my family members on my mother's side. Also, Spanish is useful when you're next door neighbors with Mexico.

I am English, but I have picked up some French from High school, and Japanese (from anime, of course) and tidbits of others from working at Disney.

I only speak one language natively, that's German. I also speak of course English and barely (anymore) Dutch.
Although I'm not of Austrian descent, I don't speak any of my parents' languages. My mother left before I could learn her language (Russian), and my father thought Lithuanian wouldn't help me a lot in my life, so he decided to only teach me German.

English is my first language.
As far as foreign languages go, I know a little Spanish, Danish and Japanese. Those are the four that I am currently learning, Danish being the most new. I take Spanish in school so I know more of that than anything else. I'm trying to find good sources to learn.
