Every time I see a fight on a message board of some kind I always enjoy reading it and hate when a mod says to break it up or take it to PM because they are just so fun to read. Now my problem is, is it wrong to enjoy them. Don't get me wrong, I won't start one for know reason, but I can't help but search for them, and read them for my own pleasure.
I am so evil.

I'm the same way. I think everyone is, some just won't admit it.

Actually, it's perfectly normal. It's the nature of the human psyche to want to read or view something stranger than our own reality. Why do you think sideshows and freakshows were popular in the late 19th century? XD So, don't feel bad!

I do that, too. But I always miss them, except this one time on another forum. It was GREAT...while it lasted that is.

Awwww now you hate it when I do my job? :-P
It is sort of fun to read fights, although they tend to make me angry or whatever, and then I have a burning desire to join and use EPIC LOGIC LULZ but I must restrain myself ^.^;

Ah, good old schadenfreude. Nah, it's perfectly normal. I personally can't get enough of internet drama -- why else would I hang around 4chan or fandom_wank?

From a guest standpoint: I love to read them! I will not start them, but I enjoy readig random drama.
From a member standpoint: Pretty much the same thing. But, as long as it doesn't involve me, then I won't jump in. I only jump in, if I have logic to add.
From a mod/admin standpoint: I like to read it still! But, I will tell those members to not make it public and discuss it with me through PM's.

well, I thinks it depends also on the general "tone" of the fight. sometimes is kind of funny to read fights on message boards, because, in some case, drama is funny. Most of the fights I've read are like this.
But sometimes the tone of the discussion degenerate, and the fight are not as pleasant to read as before.

I enjoy flame wars.
Scratch that, I enjoy smart flame wars!
And I enjoy them even more if I'm part of them.

Scratch that, I enjoy smart flame wars! That reminds me of this time awhile back where my friend got into one of those and i had to back him up by putting logic into the fight.

I always laugh when I read fights on the forum...I don't think that's bad, because it's in human nature.
