Who here has seen this musical and loves it? I know I do!
I finally found a good recording of it on YouTube, thanks to flenr, who uploaded a fairly good recording of the London performance. Up til then I'd been listening to songs from it, but after seeing the musical, I totally love it. It's now my favorite musical, replacing the Phantom of the Opera. It completely turns the world of the Wizard of Oz on its head and it's great to see that the Wicked Witch of the West wasn't so wicked after all.
I do have one question, though--what was the deal with the Wizard and Elphaba's vial? I couldn't quite catch what Glinda and the Wizard were saying.
What's your favorite songs? Mine are No One Mourns the Wicked, What Is This Feeling? (Loathing), Popular, I'm Not That Girl (the Reprise, too), No Good Deed, and For Good.

I want to, especially after reading the awesome book. My aunt got to go see it and really enjoyed it.
Aside from Defying Gravity (which I love), I haven't heard many of the other songs. ;3;

A fairly decent recording of the London performers has been uploaded to YouTube by flenr if you haven't seen it. I got to see it through that recording. Part 1--take it from here.

i really enjoyed it especially the set. i went to see it in the press week in the west end. the whole theatre was green. they'd re-painted and everything. was fantastic.
ive read the book several times and the mucial did leave out alot about fiyero and elphaba's relationship but i still thought it was beautifully adapted.

I read this book and thought it was pretty good, but I hated how the story ended. It seemed like it just didn't tie together very well, and a lot of it seemed out of character for Elphaba and the others. Still, I think I gave it like 4/5 stars on Amazon or something. So it was pretty good. I especially liked how the writing kept you interested and involved. I haven't seen the musical, but I will definitely have to watch it on youtube! So thanks for the links.
