I guess I was use to them because I always make div-layer layouts and didn't know which parts I needed to get rid of.
Wheee It works! one question though, is there a way to make the pink box extend?

You mean the pink box inside the frame? All you have to do to make that bigger is change the width. But otherwise I'm not quite sure what you mean ^.^;

I'm sorry to bring up a dead topic, but I need some help.
I inquired to Deep Submerge Directory asking why my site was not accepted, and one of the reasons was this:
Having a requirement resolution of 800x600 indicates that if you have a higher browser you should also be able to view it without trouble. For your iframe, there is a y-scroll, which no seamless design should have unless you're purposely choosing to do y-scroll content, which you're not.
I'm not sure how to go about fixing this.
Help???

It means you're having a horizontal scrollbar. You have to make your content inside the Iframe smaller so there is no horizontal scrollbar.
