Weapons: her cloud crystal
Powers: a mixture of air and wind
Cloud burst: A burst of clouds shoot out at the enemy
Cloud Steam: A whirl of clouds sourround the enemy, blocking their view
Cloud Heart Crystal Attack: Her heart crtstal glows and shoots beams at the enemy (her most powerful attack)

History: Malice is known as the star of destrustion. She has to do with Mimi's premonition. she hates peace and belives in war. Has a secret crush on Tuxedo Mask.

Weapons: Star Sai, and Star Rod
Powers:
Soaring Star: Malice's signature move. She throws two star sai's, charged with purple energy, at her opponent. Sometimes it could be performed in mid-air.
Night Star :She will crouch down and release forward a purplish projectile forward
Star Rings: Clanging her wrists together she would send out ring-like fireballs that would hit the opponent.

Hmm, see here's the problem I have with forum rpg's.... They always devolve into a game of "you can't do that!" "oh yes I can!". It seems so silly sometimes, because there's no real rules to run by. Now, if you used the Sailor Moon rules from the BESM/Guardians of Order system, then I'd be more than willing to play.
