i know a little about inuyasha. i didn't see any episode, but my friend always reminds me about this anime and that she's mad about it... it's a good anime for learning japanese, cause there are a lot of words with japanese meaning... yasha=demon inu=dog kokoro=heart kikyou=bellflower sango=coral kaze=wind sankon=soul and so on

the anime was very cool 'til it started to get boring (?), hundreds os episodes, tetsusaiga getting one power-up after another... and it never had an ending!! i never read the manga, but i think the drawings are weird, the characters look so childish in it(especially sesshoumaru, so freaking cool in the anime).

What's sad is that it started out pretty good. Takahashi Rumiko needs to learn when to end things.
EDIT: It's not really all that good for learning Japanese. All you're learning are random little things. Heck, even Dora the Explorer teaches more than that.

Well I like it! it has an interesting plot, and about the ending... al Rumiko Takahashi's mangas are long...so...have patience.

I'm afraid most of the fans are pretty much done waiting. :[ Seriously, didn't the project start in like, 1991? ;; I don't even bother finishing a series that's over 13 volumes long. (Excluding BSSM) *Goes back to FMOS, KKJ, and all other the short series*

Hmm... I've only seen a few episodes of it then it started getting confusing and I saw the movie (or one of them) but then it kept continuing. I got lost and stopped watching haha.

I've seen all 167 episodes of this series, in english. I'll tell you, the ending is not worth it. xP

I really hated the way the anime ended. I have to read the manga chapters where the TV series left off.

^Haven't seen any. But it's okay that they didn't try to go all the way to the finish. Besides, AFAIK, the movies fill in the gaps of the TV series and also continue bits of the manga that were not shown on television. Oh, and you are free to spoil me (via PM or changing font colours plus adding a spoiler warning). They haven't shown the ending here yet and DL-ing is currently being a pain. Thanks!

I do really like this series, it's long but I'm a patiet type of person XD
If you really can't stand the drawings, or can't get a copy of the manga, there's a website with manga translations, just gotta find it.

I watched one of the movies but that probably wasn't the best way to start off the show . So I really don't understand what is going on.
